Our USDA-inspected processing facility opens August 2026, and we'll be ready to serve hobby farms, small ranchers, and independent producers in the area. Bring us your cattle or hogs and we'll handle the rest, from harvest through cut and wrap, with the same care and craftsmanship we give our own herd.
The gate is almost open. We'll be welcoming families, food lovers, and curious minds out to the Farm for a one-of-a-kind visit. Get a firsthand look at where your beef comes from, meet our goats (including some of our working dairy girls!), chickens, and come face to face with some truly unforgettable animals — including emus and a handful of rare specialty breeds you won't find just anywhere.
From ribeyes to roasts, hand-cut from our own herd — available now through our beef wagon and farmers market stops. Come August 2026, you'll be able to shop our full retail case and build your own customizable beef box straight from our storefront. Honest, traceable beef raised right here on the Farm, however you choose to get it.
Our hot bar will serve up hearty, straight-from-the-farm breakfast and lunch options with CCC Beef front and center, from savory breakfast options to slow-braised lunch specials. Stay tuned, it's going to be good.
We're putting the finishing touches on our ready-to-cook meal lineup... think cheesy beef lasagna, fully loaded steak night kits, smash burger packs, and more. Your easy answer to "What's for supper?" Grab a ranch-quality meal any night of the week with zero prep work required.
